Managing Your Appointments
To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please follow these steps:
- Look in your email for Appointment Confirmation Email: click on the link to open your appointment
- View your upcoming appointments: Navigate to the 'My Appointments' section.
- Select an appointment: Click on the appointment you wish to change.
- Reschedule or cancel: Use the options provided to either reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time or cancel it if necessary.

Ensuring You Receive Our Emails
To make sure our emails do not end up in your spam folder, please add the following email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list:

For Gmail Users:
- Open an email from the sender.
- Hover over the sender's name.
- Click 'More Info' and then 'Add to contacts' to save the sender to your contacts list.
For Outlook Users:
- Open an email from the sender.
- Right-click on the sender's email address.
- Click 'Add to Outlook Contacts'.
For Yahoo Mail Users:
- Open an email from the sender.
- Click on the sender's email address.
- Click '+ Add to contacts' to add them to your contact list.
