Sept. 15 - Oct. 30
Sprinkler Winterization & Blow Outs
Winterization is the fall priority. Schedule early so your system is blown out before freezing weather can damage underground lines, valves and backflow devices.

Annual Service Plan
Want priority seasonal scheduling every year?
We are opening 50 new Annual Service Plan spots this fall for Shakopee homeowners. The plan includes startup, backflow testing, winterization, priority scheduling and 10% off repairs.
Before we arrive
Winterizing prep checklist.
Shut off water inside
Turn off the sprinkler water supply, usually in the basement or mechanical room.
Open outdoor drain
Remove the drain plug or open the faucet attached to the sprinkler system/backflow when applicable.
Leave controller on
Do not unplug the sprinkler timer. We may need it to run zones during the blow out.
Clear access
Clear paths to the controller and backflow preventer. We cannot climb over stored items or bushes.
Secure pets
Please keep pets safely away from the yard and work area.
Watch for messages
Weather and routes affect timing. Watch for updates if the schedule changes.
